Refund Policy

At StyxTV, we want you to feel confident before committing to a subscription. Please review our refund terms below:

Free Trial

We provide a free IPTV trial so you can test our server and confirm that our packages meet your needs before placing an order.

Activations

  • Once your order is processed, we’ll send the activation details via email.
  • Activations require us to register your MAC address on our servers and use credits from our side.
  • Each activation is linked to your unique MAC address and cannot be shared or transferred to another user.

Subscription Terms

  • 7-day subscriptions are final – they cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
  • Subscriptions longer than 3 months include the option to transfer to a different package if required.
  • To ensure our service fits your needs, we recommend starting with a 1-month subscription before choosing a 12-month plan.

Refunds

  • Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available once an activation has been processed, except in cases clearly stated in a special promotion or policy update.

  • You may not disrupt or damage our systems, violate laws or third-party rights, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
